Join this Body Scan Meditation where moment-by-moment sensations within the body will be followed. This practice helps to expand mind/body awareness, strengthen concentration, release tension, and quiet mental distractions. Also, group intentions will be set and the benefits of mindfulness meditation and spiritual practices will be discussed.
