July 17, 2012 A new research study is looking at graduate program evaluation here at McMaster. The goal of the study is to test tools – designed with both student and faculty input – that graduate students may use to evaluate their program and thesis committee members. The study is being conducted by Dr. Catherine Hayward, associate dean of Graduate Studies and chair of the Graduate Council Committee on Supervision and Mentorship, and Geoffrey Norman and Kelly Dore, educational research and development program. As part of the study, researchers will be connecting with all current McMaster graduate students about participating in this study. Research assistant Sharyn Kreuger will be contacting students by email. |
This competition enables students to showcase their research to a wider audience, across disciplines within the university and to the broader public.
