Request for Full-Time Graduate Students to Work at McMaster (also called Permission to Work) forms will no longer be required, effective September 2015. Students are not required to submit these forms if they are working on campus this academic year.
Graduate Studies is working with the University to develop an report so that departments can be aware of the cumulative hours worked by a given student. The report will enable Graduate Studies to monitor the maximum hours of work to maintain Full Time status. Students who are approaching the maximum number of hours will be contacted by SGS so they can make an informed decision to continue working and switch to part-time status or stop working once the maximum 505 hours is met and remain with full-time status. Forms received to date will be automatically approved.
With Graduate Student Registration open, students will see tuition and fees owing in full for the entire academic year. Student scholarship funding will be loaded and viewable in MOSAIC, and applied for the fall term by September 15, 2015.
PLEASE NOTE: The Payment Agreement is not part of registration in MOSAIC. A voluntary payment plan form will be available online for students receiving research scholarships and / or TAship (RA in lieu of TA).
