Some students applying to McMaster's School of Graduate Studies are experiencing difficulties with their applications.
The following are known errors and interim solutions to these issues:
1. For Applicant Referees
If you receive an "Invalid Password" error, please email email@example.com to report the error and a new password will be generated and emailed to you.
2. Application Fee
If you unable to verify that your application fee has been paid, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Transaction Receipt and Application Number.
3. Technical Problems with the Online Application
If you are not able to access or submit your application, please email email@example.com. Include your application number and, if possible, screen shots of the error messages you are receiving.

T4A (Other Income) Certificate reflect scholarships and bursaries applied to the Student Account within that tax year. These certificates are mailed to a student's mailing address on Mosaic. The mailing address must be local. Please ensure that you have a local mailing address on Mosaic.
